Note: One standard tablespoon is equal to 3 standard teaspoons and 15cm3

Istruzioni
Preheat the oven to 200C / 180C Fan / Gas 6. Grease a muffin tin or use preformed cups.
Sift the flour in a large bowl. Add the sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the egg to the milk and beat with a fork, then mix in the oil.
Add the liquid mix to the flour mix along with the sultanas or chocolate drops if required and mix until all the flour is wet. It doesn't matter if the mix is lumpy - it is important not to overmix it.
Fill the muffin cups to 2/3 full and cook for about 20 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown on top.
